Shipping Policy (ThriftPhone)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all U.S. states (excluding certain territories/PO boxes if applicable).
If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you before charging or shipping your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery timeframe:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery time starts after your order is processed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping address

  • Package weight/size

  • Shipping speed selected

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Signature Confirmation (High-Value Orders)

For fraud prevention and secure delivery, we may require signature confirmation for:

  • High-value orders

  • Certain addresses or first-time customers

  • Replacement shipments

If signature is required, you’ll see it on the tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
ThriftPhone is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Address forwarding issues

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbours

  2. Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation

  3. Contact the carrier for additional delivery details

  4. Contact us within 48 hours so we can help

Important: ThriftPhone is not responsible for theft after delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate and determine the best next step.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the box and the item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll review your case and help with a replacement or return based on availability.
