At ThriftPhone (https://thriftphone.com), we stand behind the quality of every certified pre-owned smartphone and accessory we sell. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, and all certified pre-owned devices include our 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition received, unlocked from personal iCloud/Google/Samsung accounts (Find My iPhone / Activation Lock turned OFF), and include all original accessories and cables.
• Devices with physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs occurring after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty

Every certified pre-owned device purchased from ThriftPhone includes a 30-day limited warranty covering internal hardware defects (such as touch response, speaker/microphone, charging port, Wi-Fi/cellular radio, or battery defects not caused by accidental damage). If a covered defect arises within 30 calendar days of delivery, we will provide a prepaid return label and repair, replace, or refund your device at no cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

1. Email our Customer Support team at info@thriftphone.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the securely packaged item to our Richmond return center:

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our Richmond, Virginia facility, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days back to your original payment method.
