Delivery Timing

• Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date the order is placed, unless another timeline is disclosed at checkout or special handling is required.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be processed starting on the next business day.

Processing times and delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, fraud review, holidays, special handling requirements, or high order volume.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. A signature may be required for certain orders, replacements, high-value packages, or at ThriftPhone's discretion.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. ThriftPhone is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
