ThriftPhone 60-Day Grand Giveaway Official Rules
1. Sponsor: ThriftPhone, located at 4378 Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231, USA. Contact Email: info@thriftphone.com.
2. Eligibility: The ThriftPhone Bi-Monthly (60-Day) Grand Giveaway is open to customers who are legal residents of the United States and Washington, D.C. and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, U.S. territories outside Washington, D.C., and where restricted or prohibited by law.
3. 60-Day Giveaway Period (Every 2 Months): The giveaway runs on a recurring 60-day schedule. The current 60-day giveaway period begins on September 26, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM EST and ends on November 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST. A live countdown timer is displayed on the Homepage and on the Grand Giveaway Page.
4. How to Earn Giveaway Entries (1 Order = 1 Entry): Entries are earned automatically through product purchases on ThriftPhones.com. Every valid product order placed during the 60-day cycle automatically adds one (1) Giveaway Entry to the buyer’s customer account (1 Order = 1 Entry). Purchasing multiple items within a single order (e.g., 5 products in one order) counts as one (1) Giveaway Entry for that order. No dollar multipliers apply, and no free entries are offered.
5. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) unlocked Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB) (Approximate Retail Value: $1,300.00 USD), backed by our 30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty. Free standard shipping across the eligible United States is included.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: Within 24 hours after the 60-day countdown concludes (scheduled for November 26, 2026), one (1) winning order entry ticket (TP-GW-XXXXXX) will be selected by random drawing from all qualifying customer orders placed during the 60-day period. The selected customer will be notified via email from info@thriftphone.com and phone.
7. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Giveaway Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
